Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Business Analyst focused on Oracle CPQ within the Product Orderability team. You will gather requirements, translate them into technical specs, and partner with Product Owners, Sales, Engineering, and Supply Chain to ensure robust configurations.

You will contribute to QA, BOM simplification, and orderability, driving efficient ERP/CRM implementations and defining test scenarios for reliable quoting and ordering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Experience gathering requirements and defining scopes for Oracle CPQ projects.
• Familiarity with ERP/CRM configurations and orderability concepts.

Responsibilities

• Bridge business stakeholders and technical teams to capture requirements for Oracle CPQ.
• Translate requirements into detailed technical specifications and test cases.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Sales, Engineering, and Supply Chain to ensure accurate configurations.
• Validate BOMs and rule logic for streamlined ordering.
• Design test plans and scripts for configuration changes and data validation.
