Job summary

Motorola Solutions seeks a Business Analyst for Oracle CPQ to bridge business stakeholders and technical teams. You will gather, analyze, and translate complex product requirements into robust CPQ configurations, working with Product Owners, Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Factory teams to define scope and draft specifications.

Preferred candidates have Oracle CPQ experience and familiarity with Oracle ERP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of strong experience as a Business Analyst gathering requirements and creating specs for Oracle CPQ.
• Experience with Oracle CPQ, ERP systems, and data-driven configuration is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile vs. Waterfall and working in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Bridge business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into CPQ configurations.
• Gather, analyze, and transform complex product requirements into robust configuration solutions.
• Define product scope and prepare detailed technical specifications for Oracle CPQ.
• Design test plans and scripts to validate BOMs and configuration rules.
