The role emphasizes SQL/PL-SQL or scripting, Agile execution, and collaboration with Sales, Engineering, and Supply Chain to simplify BOMs and improve quote accuracy across the Oracle ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, CS, or related field.
• 1-3 years in a Business Analyst role gathering requirements.
• Experience with Oracle CPQ and Oracle ERP is preferred.
• Ability to map business requirements to technical specs.
• Familiarity with Agile vs Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong SQL/PL/SQL or scripting knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Bridge business stakeholders and technical teams to define product scope.
• Gather, analyze, and transform product requirements into configuration solutions in Oracle CPQ.
• Design test scripts and validate BOMs and configuration rules.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Sales, Engineering, and Supply Chain.
• Support NPI and orderability UX improvements.
• Ensure configurations are defect-free and scalable.
