Job summary

Motorola Solutions in Wisconsin is seeking a Business Analyst to bridge business stakeholders and technical teams within Oracle CPQ. You will gather requirements, translate them into detailed specifications, and collaborate across departments to streamline configuration rules and BOMs for CPQ and related Oracle ERP modules.

The role emphasizes working with Product Owners, Sales, Engineering, and Supply Chain to enable smooth ordering and scalable configurations within an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst gathering requirements, defining scope, and creating functional specs for Oracle CPQ.
• Experience with Oracle CPQ and Oracle ERP is preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile vs. Waterfall software development methodologies.
• Ability to learn quickly and mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams to gather and translate requirements for Oracle CPQ.
• Define product scope and translate business needs into technical specifications for Oracle CPQ.
• Ensure configurations are defect-free, orderable, and align with CPQ standards.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Factory teams.
• Design test plans and scripts to verify BOMs and configuration changes.
• Support Agile ERP/CRM implementations and drive efficient processes.
