TriCC is looking for a strategic, solution-focused Business Analyst to support our client in their migration to SAP S/4HANA. Your Role & Responsibilities• Gather, analyze, and document current-state business processes across departments impacted by SAP• Translate business requirements into SAP S/4HANA functionality, ensuring alignment between system capabilities and business needs• Facilitate workshops, conduct stakeholder interviews, and support change management efforts• Support gap analysis and recommend solutions to address functional gaps in the new system• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure configuration, development, and testing align with business objectives• Assist in UAT planning, execution, and validation• Create documentation, training materials, and knowledge transfer assets for end users

Skills & Experience You Should Possess• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in at least one SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration• Strong understanding of SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, or PP• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to map business processes and requirements to SAP functionality• Effective communicator with the ability to interact with both technical teams and business stakeholders• Experience in end-to-end project lifecycle phases: discovery, requirements, testing, and go-live support

Bonus Points If You Have:• Background in finance, supply chain, or manufacturing• Experience with legacy ERP systems and data migration strategies• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project methodologies• Certifications in SAP or business analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMP, SAP certifications)
