Your role and responsibilities

This role is for a Finance Transformation Senior Managing Consultant, delivering SAP implementation services across all sectors of TruQua and IBM within North America. You will lead project teams and serve as an individual contributor, develop proposals, ensure quality delivery, demonstrate thought leadership, maintain team utilization, and grow project revenue.

The candidate should possess deep knowledge of SAP Financials FI, CO, S/4 HANA Finance, and/or Central Finance. You will lead practitioners in developing and maintaining configuration and functional design documents, support role-based profile changes, and advise client executives on the benefits of SAP S/4 HANA Finance and SAP Central Finance within broader Finance Transformation initiatives.

This role can be performed remotely from anywhere in the US.

Required technical and professional expertise

• Deep expertise in SAP FI-CO with hands-on experience in end-to-end implementations as Lead Consultant, Project Manager, or Solution Architect.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4 HANA and/or Central Finance implementations or migrations, including other FP&A products like OneStream.
• Proven experience in solution architecting or leading SAP S/4 HANA and Central Finance projects.
• Ability to coordinate contributions across project teams, business functions, and service providers to meet program objectives.
• Ability to inspire and grow high-performing project teams through personal example, commitment to development, and influence beyond the immediate role.
• Strong stakeholder relationship management skills across client, consulting partners, and internal teams, enabling effective project delivery.

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Thought leadership in SAP Financials FI, CO, S/4 HANA Finance, and Central Finance, demonstrated through whitepapers, presentations at industry and SAP events.
• Strong knowledge of S/4HANA Finance and Central Finance roadmaps, software version differences, and innovations.
• Familiarity with SAP complementary tools such as BlackLine, Magnitude, OpenText, Workiva, Celonis, OneStream, Anaplan, and others.
• Interest in upcoming SAP S/4HANA Finance changes and eagerness to learn and prototype new financial technologies.
