Your role and responsibilities

This role is for a Finance Transformation Senior Managing Consultant, delivering SAP implementation services across all sectors of TruQua and IBM within North America. This individual will lead project teams and serve as an individual contributor, focusing on proposal development, ensuring quality of team delivery, providing thought leadership, maintaining team member utilization, and growing project revenue.

The practitioner should be highly knowledgeable in SAP Financials FI, CO, S/4 HANA Finance, and/or Central Finance. They will lead practitioners in developing and maintaining configuration and functional design documents and support role-based profile changes. Advising client executives and leaders on the benefits of SAP S/4 HANA Finance and/or SAP Central Finance within broader Finance Transformation is key.

This role can be performed remotely from anywhere in the US.

Required technical and professional expertise

• Deep expertise in SAP FI-CO with hands-on experience in end-to-end implementations as Lead Consultant, Project Manager, or Solution Architect;
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4 HANA and/or Central Finance implementations or migrations, including other FP&A products like OneStream;
• Proven experience in solution architecting or leading SAP S/4 HANA and Central Finance projects;
• Ability to coordinate contributions across project teams, business functions, and service providers to meet program objectives;
• Ability to inspire and grow high-performing project teams through personal example and commitment to diversity and development;
• Strong stakeholder relationship management skills across clients, consulting partners, and internal teams to enable effective project delivery.

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Thought leadership in SAP Financials FI, CO, S/4 HANA Finance, and Central Finance, demonstrated through whitepapers, industry presentations, or SAP events;
• Strong knowledge of S/4HANA Finance and Central Finance roadmap, including differences across software versions and innovations;
• Familiarity with SAP complementary tools such as BlackLine, Magnitude, OpenText, Workiva, Celonis, OneStream, Anaplan, and others;
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to upcoming changes in SAP S/4HANA Finance and related financial technologies.
