Job Description

1. Ensure system operation, perform error analysis, maintenance, and execute system updates for customer systems.
2. Carry out standard projects such as release upgrades for ABAP and Java, and manage projects as needed.
3. Manage system administration and configuration, including technology planning for SAP HANA and HANA migration.
4. Provide 2nd and 3rd level support to customers in troubleshooting and performance optimization.
5. Assist in presales activities related to platform services for new customers.
6. Handle incident and problem management.

Qualifications

1. Willingness to work occasional nights or weekends.
2. Completed university studies in business informatics, computer science, or equivalent qualifications, or several years of relevant professional experience.
3. Experience in setting up and operating SAP systems, including upgrades, patches, and database upgrades for ABAP and Java systems.
4. Proficiency in at least two SAP databases such as HANA, Oracle, or DB2.
5. Business-fluent German (C1) and fluent English (B2).
6. Additional skills include Service Delivery Management, Project Management, and Consulting.
