Job description

SAP CoE TM Business Analyst will work as part of the Global SAP Centre of Excellence on S/4 Roadmap projects

Responsibilities

  • You will need to have a good understanding and exposure in SAP modules around Transportation Management and its integration with other modules such as eWM, GTS, SD and MM

  • You will assist the stream lead in implement business solutions based on user requirements analysis

  • Involvement in the preparation, conception, realization and Go Live of S/4 Hana deployment projects within PPG affiliated companies

  • Defining detailed Fit-Gap Analysis, Functional Specifications and Configuration Cookbooks to meet business and PPG’s Global Template Requirements.

  • Involvement in the Unit Test (UT)/System Integration Test (SIT) scripts preparation, test execution and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

  • Supporting knowledge transfer documentations and process.

  • You will liaise remotely with a few of your colleagues across the globe but will be based alongside other SAP Consultants

  • Due to your important role in our S/4 Roadmap projects we expect travel to be approximately 25% - 50% of your time

  • Within a matrix organization you will report to the SAP TM Stream Lead of the S/4 project stream in which you will be a part of, and the Global SAP CoE D2R Stream.

Qualifications

You’ll need to have :

  • Excellent English oral and written communication skills, including technical writing

  • Min 3 years’ experience with strong process knowledge of Transportation Management

  • Strong knowledge of business processes within the Supply Chain area.

  • We need you to be an outstanding self-start and delivering high-quality work in pressurized environments

  • Comfortable working in a “remote working” organization

  • A 4-year degree in Information Management, Computer Science or other business-related field is required

Your knowledge of SAP must include:

  • An understanding of the TM module and of end to end business processes within the supply chain planning domain

  • Experience in the process design, configuration and trouble-shooting of SAP modules across complex supply chain distribution networks

  • Experience using SAP Solution Manager toolset for managing changes, transports and incidents would be advantageous

  • APICS certification will be an advantage.
