Your role and responsibilities

This position is for a Finance Transformation Senior Managing Consultant responsible for delivering SAP implementation services across all sectors of TruQua and IBM within North America. You will lead project teams, contribute individually, develop proposals, ensure quality delivery, demonstrate thought leadership, optimize team utilization, and drive project revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in SAP Financials FI, CO, S/4 HANA Finance, and/or Central Finance. You will guide practitioners in developing and maintaining configuration and functional design documents and support role-based profile changes. Advising client executives on the benefits of SAP S/4 HANA Finance and Central Finance within broader Finance Transformation initiatives will be key.

This role can be performed remotely from anywhere in the US.

Required technical and professional expertise

• Deep expertise in SAP FI-CO with hands-on experience in end-to-end implementations, serving as Lead Consultant, Project Manager, or Solution Architect;
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4 HANA and/or Central Finance implementations or migrations, including other FP&A tools like OneStream;
• Proven ability to architect solutions and lead SAP S/4 HANA and Central Finance projects;
• Skill in coordinating contributions across teams and stakeholders to meet project objectives;
• Ability to inspire and develop high-performing project teams across work streams;
• Strong stakeholder relationship management skills across client, consulting partners, and internal teams to facilitate effective project delivery.

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Thought leadership in SAP Financials FI, CO, S/4 HANA Finance, and Central Finance, demonstrated through whitepapers, industry presentations, or SAP events;
• In-depth knowledge of S/4HANA Finance and Central Finance roadmaps, release differences, and innovations;
• Familiarity with SAP complementary tools such as BlackLine, Magnitude, OpenText, Workiva, Celonis, OneStream, Anaplan, and others;
• Eagerness to learn and grow expertise in upcoming SAP S/4HANA Finance updates and financial technologies.
