Job summary

University of Colorado Boulder seeks a detail-oriented professional to support System Operations, OnBase, and Student Financial Systems within the Bursar's Office. You will assist with program administration, account management, and resolving student account issues using Campus Solutions and vendor systems.

Hybrid work modality is offered. The role requires collaboration with Registrar, Financial Aid, and academic departments to ensure accurate billing, testing, and documentation for B3

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required; relevant experience considered in lieu of degree.
• Experience in Information Systems and/or Business Analysis is preferred.
• OnBase experience with reports/queries and relational database knowledge.
• Higher Education experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Bursar's Office in program initiatives and cross-functional meetings.
• Support special program administration, account management, and issue resolution for students and departments.
• Maintain knowledge of program requirements and policies to ensure accurate account management.
