Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, accounting, finance, or related field.
• Minimum three years of accounting or finance experience.
• Strong MS Excel, Access, Word, and Outlook skills.
• Knowledge of fund accounting and cash-based spending authority.
• Familiarity with university policies and higher education finance.

Responsabilités

• Serve as lead billing position for OIT fees, cost transfers, and revenue arrangements.
• Manage revenue collection cycle including invoice distribution and payment tracking.
• Lead rate modeling and calculation for fee-for-service offerings.
• Review and reconcile expense clearing accounts with procurement and finance teams.
• Continuously review billing and invoicing processes to improve automation and accuracy.
