Job summary

CampusWorks, Inc. seeks Bursar/Student Accounts Consultants to help higher education clients strengthen bursar operations, optimize ERP usage, and enhance student experiences.

Roles may be remote or onsite and can include interim bursar leadership, business process reviews, or ERP optimization. Ideal candidates have 5+ years as a bursar or in a related higher-ed role, hands-on ERP experience (Ellucian Colleague, Banner, Jenzabar, Workday), and a proven ability to lead, train, and advise client

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience as a college or university Bursar or related role in a higher education institution.
• Hands-on experience with a higher education ERP software (Ellucian Colleague, Banner, Jenzabar, Workday).
• Experience assessing bursar/student accounts operations and recommending process improvements.
• Solid leadership skills, including facilitating diverse groups, consensus-building and preparing the organization for change.
• Demonstration of superior communication skills and the ability to provide a consultative approach to end clients.

Responsibilities

• Serving as Interim Bursar, providing day-to-day leadership of the bursar/student accounts department staff
• Providing oversight, direction, guidance, and coordination of the current bursar/student accounts projects and priorities
• Assessing the efficiency of the bursar/student accounts department
• Designing and delivering training
• Assisting clients in how to best align policy, process, procedures, and personnel to effectively leverage bursar/student accounts solutions
