Job summary

CampusWorks is seeking Bursar/Student Accounts Consultants to assist higher education clients in strengthening bursar operations and enhancing the student experience. These roles may be remote or onsite, including interim bursar leadership and guiding ERP implementation.

Candidates bring 5+ years as bursar or in a related role, hands-on ERP experience (Ellucian Colleague, Banner, Jenzabar, Workday), and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience as a college or university Bursar or related role in a higher education institution.
• Experience with a higher education ERP software (Ellucian Colleague, Banner, Jenzabar, Workday) with hands-on bursar functionality.
• Experience assessing bursar operations and recommending policy/process/staff changes as needed.
• Strong leadership, facilitation, and change management skills.
• Excellent communication and a consultative approach with clients.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Interim Bursar, leading the bursar/student accounts staff day-to-day.
• Provide oversight and coordinate current bursar projects and priorities.
• Assess efficiency of bursar/student accounts operations.
• Design and deliver training for client staff.
• Help clients align policy, process, and personnel with bursar solutions.
