Qualifications

• Lead intake and customer management for bulk orders, gathering inputs and guiding end-to-end ordering.
• Support pricing discussions using rate cards and assist product selection and customization.
• Drive outreach to target segments via cold calls in corporate gifting, hospitality, and universities.
• Track orders through full lifecycle and provide regular updates to customers.
• Identify process improvements to intake forms and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Intake & Customer Management: Manage bulk order inquiries via intake systems and email channels, gather inputs, and guide customers through ordering.
• Sales & Conversion: Support pricing discussions using rate cards and help clients with product selection and customization to convert leads.
• Business Development Support: Identify outreach targets across gifting, hotels, Sodexo, and universities.
• Order & Project Management: Track orders through lifecycle, monitor approvals and delivery milestones, provide updates.
• Process & Operational Improvement: Propose improvements to intake forms and customer experience.
