Job summary

HireTalent is seeking a Sales and Customer Support - Sales Operations 2 contractor in Boston to support the Bulk/B2B business, focusing on inbound inquiries, brand visibility, cold outreach, and coordinating order intake with logistics and production teams.

You will drive cross-functional execution, track orders through lifecycle, assist pricing discussions with rate cards, and help scale revenue while maintaining strong customer relationships in a fast-paced startup-like environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in business development and sales.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Experience with intake and order processing.

Responsibilities

• Lead intake & customer management: manage bulk order inquiries and guide customers through end-to-end ordering.
• Business development support: identify and drive outreach to target segments including corporate gifting, services industry, and institutions.
• Order & project management: track orders through full lifecycle and provide regular updates to customers.
• Process & operational improvement: assist with improvements to intake forms and customer experience.
