Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Bulk Manager to oversee the bulk department, ensuring proper packaging, pricing and presentation while maintaining a clean, compliant area. You will lead a team, manage shifts and coach staff for peak performance in a high-traffic store.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, safety compliance and collaboration with store leadership to achieve sales and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age and eligible to work.
• 1–2 years in a retail grocery environment with 1 year managerial leadership.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Follow bulk merchandising plan and supervise packaging, labeling and pricing of bulk items.
• Order and maintain inventory, rotate products by code dates and sanitize areas.
• Ensure safety, health, Weights & Measures and COOL compliance in the department.
• Communicate standards and product knowledge to the team and deliver high customer service.
• Lead scheduling, coaching, performance reviews and promotions in collaboration with Store Manager.
