Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1–2 years of retail grocery experience and 1 year of managerial leadership.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Know weekly ad items and locate products in-store; perform general housekeeping in the department.
• Capacity to move and lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Knowledge of personnel reports, margin reports, weekly sales numbers, and financial goals.
• Outgoing and friendly demeanor toward team members and customers.
• Willing to perform other related duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Oversee bulk foods maintenance, packing, and stocking.
• Follow the Bulk merchandising plan; package, price, and fill bulk bins.
• Order and maintain inventory; rotate products by codes; uphold sanitation standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and regulatory standards.
• Lead and develop team via coaching and performance reviews; manage staffing and schedules.
• Recruit, hire, and collaborate with Store Manager on promotions and transfers.
• Deliver high level customer service and maintain clean, organized Bulk area.
