Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc. is seeking a Bulk Manager to oversee the Bulk department, ensuring proper packing, stocking, and presentation of bulk foods. You will manage inventory, rotate products by dates, and maintain accurate pricing while upholding safety and regulatory standards.

You will lead, coach, and develop team members, conduct performance reviews, and collaborate with store leadership to optimize staffing and customer experience in a fast-paced, health-focused retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail grocery environment with supervisory responsibilities.
• Ability to manage flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of inventory, pricing and product placement in a bulk department.
• Strong customer service orientation and team communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee bulk foods department including packing, stocking, and presentation.
• Maintain inventory, rotate products by code dates and ensure accurate pricing.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and regulatory standards.
