• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Knowledge of inventory, margins, and sales data.
• Strong interpersonal and team leadership skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of bulk foods packing, labeling, and stocking.
• Follow bulk plan; package, price, and present items.
• Manage inventory; rotate by date; maintain cleanliness.
• Enforce safety, health, and compliance standards.
• Coach and develop team; conduct performance reviews.
• Recruit, hire, promote with Store Manager guidance.
• Deliver high level customer service and support.
• Schedule staffing to maximize productivity.
• Lead team to deliver quality products and service.
• Serve as MOD when needed.
