The role requires 1–2 years in retail grocery with at least 1 year in leadership, a flexible schedule, and the ability to manage inventory and safety compliance. Goleta, CA store environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• 1-2 years of experience in a retail grocery environment and 1 year of managerial leadership experience.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of personnel reports, margin reports, weekly sales numbers, and financial goals.
• Outgoing and friendly behavior with a positive attitude toward team members and customers.
• Ability to move 50 lbs and stand for extended periods up to 8 hours per shift.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Aufgaben

• Oversee maintenance, packing, and stocking of bulk foods.
• Follow Bulk plan; ensure packaging, scaling, filling bins; price bulk items.
• Order and maintain inventory; rotate product using codes; sanitation.
• Ensure safety, health, Weights & Measures and COOL compliance.
• Coach and develop team; participate in reviews and shift planning.
• Recruit, hire, promote/transfer decisions with Store Manager.
