Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Bulk Manager to oversee the maintenance, packing, and stocking of all bulk foods. You will lead a team to ensure accurate packaging, labeling, and presentation, while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• 1–2 years of retail grocery experience and 1 year of managerial leadership experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of inventory, pricing, and product location in-store guidance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee bulk department packaging, stocking and pricing of bulk items.
• Maintain inventory, rotate stock by code dates, and ensure cleanliness and sanitation.
• Ensure safety, health, and regulatory compliance within the department.
• Coach and evaluate team members, conduct performance reviews, and support promotions and transfers.
• Lead scheduling and staffing to maximize productivity and service levels.
• Represent the store as Point-of-Contact on duties and store operations as needed.
