Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• 2+ years in retail grocery or similar environment preferred.
• 1+ year of managerial leadership experience.

Responsabilités

• Oversee bulk department operations including packaging, labeling, and pricing.
• Maintain inventory, rotate codes, and ensure sanitation standards.
• Coach team members and manage scheduling and staffing needs.
• Deliver high levels of customer service and communicate standards to staff.
• Recruit, hire, and participate in performance reviews with the Store Manager.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and regulatory requirements.
