Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Bulk Manager to lead the Bulk department, ensuring proper packaging, pricing, and display of bulk items. You will manage inventory, create schedules, and coach team members to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced store environment.

The role requires 1–2 years in retail grocery and at least 1 year in a managerial capacity. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is essential, with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• 1–2 years of experience in a retail grocery environment and 1 year of managerial leadership experience.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Know weekly ad items and guide customers to product locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Bulk team to package, price, and present bulk items.
• Order, rotate, and stock Bulk inventory; ensure cleanliness and sanitation.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and regulatory standards.
• Deliver high level customer service and product knowledge to shoppers.
• Develop schedules and staffing; participate in performance reviews.
