Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Bulk Manager to lead a busy Bulk department, ensuring accurate packaging, pricing, and presentation of bulk items. You will manage inventory, rotate stock, and uphold sanitation and safety standards while delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 1–2 years in retail grocery with at least 1 year of leadership, plus a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1–2 years of experience in a retail grocery environment and 1 year of managerial leadership experience.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of weekly ad items and directing customers to product locations; general department housekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Follow bulk merchandising plan and ensure proper packaging, labeling, and pricing of bulk items.
• Order and maintain inventory; rotate product by code dates; follow sanitation program.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, Weights & Measures, and COOL regulations.
• Communicate standards and policy changes to team members; provide coaching and development.
• Deliver high level of customer service and maintain a clean, orderly Bulk area.
• Recruit, hire, promote, and transfer decisions in collaboration with Store Manager.
