Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• 1–2 years of experience in a retail grocery environment and 1 year of managerial leadership experience.
• Be dependable with a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Know weekly ad items and direct customers to product locations; maintain housekeeping in the department.
• Must be able to move up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and work a full shift.

Responsibilities

• Oversee bulk foods maintenance, packing, and stocking.
• Follow Bulk plan; ensure proper packaging, pricing, and presentation of bulk items.
• Order and manage inventory; rotate products using dates; maintain sanitation.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and regulatory standards.
• Coach and develop team members; conduct performance reviews; communicate standards and changes.
• Lead the Bulk area, serve as Key Carrier or Manager on Duty as needed.
