Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc. is seeking a Bulk Manager to oversee all bulk foods operations in store, including packing, stocking and pricing. You will lead a team to deliver high-quality products and exceptional customer service in a fast-paced grocery setting.

The role requires 18+ years of age with 1–2 years in retail grocery and managerial leadership, flexible scheduling, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• 1–2 years of experience in a retail grocery environment and 1 year of managerial leadership experience.
• Be dependable with a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Know weekly ad items and direct customers to product locations.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
• Perform related duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Oversee bulk foods maintenance, packing, and stocking.
• Maintain inventory, rotate products by date, and price bulk items accurately.
• Ensure safety, health, and regulatory compliance within Bulk area.
• Provide high levels of customer service and product knowledge to customers.
• Lead and coach team members; manage schedules and staffing.
• Recruit, hire, and participate in performance reviews with Store Manager.
• Communicate standards and policy changes to the team.
