Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market seeks a Bulk Manager to oversee the maintenance, packing, and stocking of all bulk foods. You will lead a team to ensure accurate packaging, pricing, and presentation, while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced grocery environment.

The role requires 1–2 years of grocery experience with 1 year of leadership, and the ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1–2 years of retail grocery experience and 1 year of managerial leadership experience.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of personnel reports, margin reports, weekly sales numbers, and financial goals.
• Outgoing and friendly demeanor with customers and team members.
• Ability to move up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee bulk foods packaging, stocking, and pricing.
• Maintain inventory, rotate product by code dates, and follow sanitation programs.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and regulatory standards.
• Coach and develop team members; conduct bi-annual performance reviews.
• Schedule staff to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Deliver high level of customer service and maintain clean Bulk area.
• Lead a team to deliver the finest quality product and service.
• Serve as Key Carrier or Manager on Duty (MOD) as needed.
