Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Bulk Manager to oversee the bulk foods department. You will supervise packing, stocking, pricing, and presentation while maintaining safety and quality standards.

You’ll lead a team, coach performance, and coordinate with the Store Manager on staffing and promotions. A background in retail grocery and flexible schedule requirements are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a retail grocery environment and 1 year of managerial leadership experience.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Know weekly ad items and direct customers to product locations in-store.
• Able to move up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee bulk foods packing, stocking, and presentation.
• Maintain bulk plan, label and price bulk items accurately.
• Manage inventory, rotate products by code dates, and ensure cleanliness.
• Lead, coach, and develop team; conduct performance reviews.
• Recruit, hire, and promote in collaboration with Store Manager.
• Ensure safety, health, and regulatory compliance in the department.
