Sprouts Farmers Market, LLC in Colorado Springs is seeking a Bulk Manager to oversee bulk foods, packing, stocking, and compliance. You will lead a team, schedule shifts, train staff, and ensure accurate pricing and presentation for customers.

The role emphasizes customer service, inventory control, and collaboration with Store Manager and HR to maintain a clean, efficient bulk area and deliver a high-quality shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have 1-2 years of experience in a retail grocery environment and 1 year of managerial leadership experience.
• Be dependable and reliable with the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Know weekly ad items and guide customers to product location; perform general housekeeping in the department.
• Move and lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to 8 hours per shift.

Responsabilités

• Oversee maintenance, packing, and stocking of all bulk foods.
• Follow Bulk plan; ensure correct packaging, pricing, and labeling of bulk items.
• Order and maintain inventory; rotate products by date; follow sanitation programs.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, Weights & Measures and COOL regulations.
• Lead and develop team members; coach and conduct performance reviews.
