Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market in Lafayette, CO is seeking a Bulk Manager to oversee bulk foods, packing, stocking, and customer service. You will lead a team, manage schedule, training, and performance, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and drive accuracy in pricing and presentation.

The role requires 1-2 years retail grocery and 1 year managerial experience, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, flexible hours including nights and weekends, and a passion for healthy living.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• 1-2 years of experience in a retail grocery environment and 1 year of managerial leadership experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Know weekly ad items and direct product location in-store; general housekeeping in the department.
• Ability to move weights up to 50 lbs., stand for up to 8 hours per shift.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance, packing, and stocking of all bulk foods.
• Follow Bulk plan and ensure proper packaging and pricing.
• Inventory management, rotation by code dates, sanitation compliance.
• Communicate standards, policies, and product knowledge to team members.
• Provide high level of customer service and ensure Bulk area is clean and orderly.
• Lead recruitment, hiring, and promotions with Store Manager; coach and develop team.
• Act as Key Carrier or Manager on Duty (MOD) as needed.
