Qualifikationen

• 18+ years old
• 1–2 years of experience in a retail grocery environment and 1 year of managerial leadership experience
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Knowledge of weekly ad items and directing product location; general housekeeping in the department
• Knowledge of personnel reports, margin reports, weekly sales numbers, and financial goals
• Outgoing, friendly attitude toward team members and customers
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods as required
• Ability to perform other related duties as assigned

• Oversee bulk department maintenance, packing, stocking, and pricing of bulk items
• Follow bulk merchandising plan; ensure proper packaging, scaling, and labeling
• Manage inventory, rotate products by code dates; maintain cleanliness and sanitation
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and regulatory requirements
• Communicate standards and product knowledge to team; provide coaching and performance feedback
• Schedule and staffing to maximize productivity; lead store-wide meetings and recruit/promote staff
