Sprouts Farmers Market is hiring a Bulk Manager to oversee the bulk foods section, including maintenance, packing, pricing, and stock control. The role requires strong leadership, excellent customer service, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.

The Bulk Manager will coach staff, manage schedules, and ensure the department runs efficiently while maintaining high product quality and presentation. This is a full-time, on-site position with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• 1-2 years in a retail grocery environment and 1 year of managerial leadership experience.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of personnel reports, margins, weekly sales numbers and financial goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee bulk food maintenance, packing, and stock in the bulk area.
• Ensure bulk items are prepared, packaged, labeled, and presented neatly.
• Coach and develop team members; conduct bi-annual performance reviews.
• Maintain compliance with safety, health, and regulatory standards.
• Create schedules and adjust staffing to maximize productivity.
• Lead the team to deliver high-quality product and customer service.
