Qualifications

• 5+ years of related work experience in operating mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in a commercial property setting.
• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent; apprentice or trade school preferred.
• Appropriate license/permit for trade as may be required (e.g., Journeyman/Master Electrician) and Universal Technician for CFCs depending on market.

Responsibilities

• Perform all plumbing, electrical, or HVAC requirements of the building(s).
• Maintain heating equipment, chillers, DX units, pumps, cooling towers, VAVs and air distribution systems.
• Inspect engine room and back-up generators; monitor energy management.
• Replace lamps and ensure safe egress and signage; perform life safety inspections as needed.
• Respond to emergencies and report activities to supervisor.
• Comply with codes, regulations, and company safety training.
