Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems.
• Clean, lubricate, and service pumps, valves, and controls.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment.
• Replace and repair building finishes as needed.
• Respond to emergencies and customer service requests.
• Inspect facilities for unsafe conditions and perform preventative maintenance.
• Maintain fire and life safety systems as assigned.
• Use building automation systems and other tech tools.
