Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; apprentice program preferred.
• 5+ years in operating mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems in commercial properties.
• Appropriate trade license/permits (Journeyman/Master Electrician or city licenses) may be required.
• Universal Technician for CFCs certification may be required by market licensure.
• Proficient computing: Outlook, Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing systems.
• Maintain and repair building equipment such as boilers, pumps, chillers, fans and distribution systems.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance per standards and manufacturer guidance.
• Inspect and repair doors, ceilings, lighting, and minor building components.
• Complete safety trainings and comply with all codes and company directives.
