Lincoln Property Company is seeking a Lead Building Engineer in Dallas to oversee daily operations and maintenance of building systems. You will supervise engineers and contractors, coordinate preventive maintenance, and ensure safety compliance with OSHA and NFPA standards.

You will work 100% in-office with a focus on reliability, tenant satisfaction, and safe operations, mentoring junior staff and collaborating with property management teams.

Qualificações

• HS Diploma or GED is required.
• Five to seven years of industry-related experience or commensurate certification/trade experience.
• At least one year of supervisory, training, and/or mentoring experience.
• CFC Certification preferred or willingness to obtain; licenses as required by local/state/national rules.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and energy management software, CMMS, and BAS.
• Familiarity with fire/life safety equipment/procedures and building codes.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor the operating condition of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical equipment.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and emergency repairs.
• Oversee service contractors and ensure compliance with building standards.
• Supervise and mentor junior Engineers and Technicians; set staff goals and evaluate progress.
• Collaborate with tenants, contractors, and property managers to ensure reliable operations.
• Oversee compliance with contract terms and quality control with vendors.
• Conduct regular building inspections and address deficiencies proactively.
• Manage preventive maintenance schedules and ensure execution.
• Record readings and ensure systems operate per standards.
• Follow safety protocols; ensure OSHA, NEC, NFC, NFPA compliance; maintain logs.
• Communicate with teammates, leadership, vendors, tenants, and clients professionally.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
