Job summary

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED or trade school; 4–5 years related experience.
• Universal CFC certification preferred.
• Licenses/certifications as required by local or state
• Prior shift management or supervisory experience preferred
• Must meet physical requirements: lift 50 lbs+
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on mechanical, plumbing, structural, fire, life safety, and control systems.
• Ensure facilities meet applicable codes, regulations, and safety directives.
• Maintain an energy management program for efficient operation.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and emergency repairs as needed.
• Follow policies for safe storage and disposal of hazardous materials; keep workplace safe and clean.
• Review building systems (fire alarms, HVAC, plumbing) for proper operation.
• Apply standard principles to complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
• Coach colleagues and share knowledge across related disciplines.
• Lead by example and align with CBRE RISE values; build consensus when needed.
• Impact a range of customer, operational, and service activities within teams.
• Work within broad guidelines and policies; explain difficult information.
