Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of related experience.
• Universal CFC certification preferred; licenses as required by local/state jurisdictions.
• Must be able to meet physical requirements (stooping, standing, climbing stairs/ladders, lift up to 50 lbs).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset and strong analytical approach.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs to mechanical, plumbing, structural, furniture, fire, life safety, and control systems.
• Comply with applicable codes, regulations, and safety directives for building operations.
• Maintain an energy management program to optimize system efficiency.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and emergency repairs as needed.
• Follow policies for safe storage, use, and disposal of hazardous materials.
• Review inspections of building systems (fire alarms, HVAC, plumbing) to ensure operation within design specs.
• Apply knowledge to accomplish complex tasks and provide innovative solutions.
• Lead by example and share knowledge within the team; align with CBRE RISE values.
• Impact a range of customer, operational, project or service activities within the team and related groups.
• Explain difficult or sensitive information clearly.
