Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Building Engineer to monitor, maintain, and repair building systems across plumbing, electrical, heating, cooling, and related areas. The role supports engineering and technical services with preventive maintenance and timely repairs to ensure reliable operations.

You will work within CBRE’s engineering team, applying standard principles to complex tasks, and help coach others while upholding CBRE RISE values and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of job-related experience.
• Universal CFC certification is preferred; certifications/licenses as may be required by local or state jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs to mechanical, plumbing, structural, electrical, and control systems.
• Comply with applicable codes and safety regulations.
• Maintain an energy management program to improve system efficiency.
• Assist with preventive maintenance programs and emergency repairs.
• Follow policies for hazardous materials storage, use, and disposal.
