Qualifications

• High school diploma or trade school with relevant experience; GED acceptable with experience.
• Universal CFC certification preferred; licenses may be required by local laws.
• Ability to read and follow codes, regulations, and safety procedures.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple maintenance tasks and prioritize safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs to mechanical, plumbing, structural, and life safety systems.
• Ensure building operations comply with codes and safety policies.
• Operate energy management programs to maximize efficiency.
• Support preventive maintenance and emergency repairs as needed.
• Follow policies for hazardous materials storage and disposal.
• Review inspections of fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing for design adherence.
• Apply standards to accomplish complex tasks and propose improvements.
• Coach teammates and share knowledge across disciplines.
• Lead by example, build consensus, and align with CBRE RISE values.
• Impact a range of activities within the team and related groups.
• Work within broad guidelines and clearly explain complex information.
