Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Graduate of an apprentice program or trade school preferred.
• Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in building engineering (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.).
• Valid state driver’s license required.
• Possess a valid Universal EPA refrigerant certification.

Responsibilities

• Ensure preventive maintenance and repair of HVAC, electrical, lighting, and other systems.
• Operate, maintain, and repair boilers, pumps, valves, and related equipment.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs with accuracy and safety.
• Inspect facilities and report on conditions affecting occupancy and operations.
• Maintain building automation systems and respond to emergencies as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain clean, organized work areas.
