Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Assess buildings to evaluate condition of building systems and advise on repairs.
• Determine future replacement needs using observations and industry standards.
• Conduct site reconnaissance, data gathering, and project research (historical, regulatory).
• Prepare technical reports and supporting documents such as maps and appendices.
• Plan, schedule, and track project timelines to keep milestones on schedule.
• Communicate progress and issues to Project Manager and client.
• Provide recommendations and solutions considering transaction impact.
