Job summary

Partner Engineering & Science, Inc. is seeking a full-time Building Science Project Engineer to conduct Property and Facility Condition Assessments across the United States. Responsible for evaluating building conditions and authoring reports, this role requires a Bachelor’s degree and relevant experience in architecture or engineering.

Work will be hybrid with required site visits. Benefits include health insurance, vacation, and a 401(k) plan with a company match.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in architecture, engineering and/or construction/cost estimating.
• 3+ years of experience performing property inspections.
• 2+ years of experience completing similar work for financial institutions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of buildings to evaluate the condition of the building systems.
• Author technical reports and prepare quality supporting documents.
• Plan, schedule, and track project timelines and milestones.
