Job summary

Partner Engineering & Science, Inc. is seeking a full-time Building Science Project Engineer to conduct Property & Facility Condition Assessments across the United States. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related Engineering field, with 3+ years of experience in architecture and 2+ years of property inspection experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in architecture, engineering and/or construction/cost estimating.
• 2+ years of experience performing property inspections.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of buildings to evaluate the condition of the building systems.
• Author technical reports and prepare quality supporting documents.
• Plan, schedule, and track project timelines and milestones.

Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Excellent writing and verbal communication skills

Strong skills in observation, deduction, and reasoning

Education

Bachelor’s or Graduate Degree in Architecture or related Engineering Field
