Partner Engineering & Science, Inc. is looking for full-time Building Science Project Engineers to evaluate building conditions and create due diligence reports. This hybrid role involves significant assessments, technical report writing, and project management.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Architecture or a related field with strong skills in Microsoft Office and excellent communication abilities. The estimated salary ranges from $70,000 to $95,000, complemented by a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in architecture, engineering, and/or construction/cost estimating.
• 3+ years of experience performing property inspections.
• 2+ years of experience completing similar work for financial institutions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of buildings to evaluate condition and determine future replacements.
• Compile data, project research, and author technical reports and supporting documents.
• Plan and track project timelines while communicating status to Project Manager and client.

Excellent writing and verbal communication skills

Education

Bachelor’s or graduate degree in Architecture or related engineering field
