Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in architecture, engineering, or construction/cost estimating.
• 3+ years of experience in property inspections.
• 2+ years of experience completing similar work for financial institutions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of buildings to evaluate building system conditions.
• Author technical reports and prepare supporting documents.
• Coordinate and respond to requests for changes in project scope.

Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)

Excellent writing and verbal communication skills

Familiar with civil, structural, and geotechnical engineering principles

Strong observation, deduction, and reasoning skills

Education

Bachelor’s or graduate degree in Architecture or related engineering field
