Job summary

TruTeam in Greensboro, NC, seeks a results-driven sales professional to grow our network of customers in energy-efficient insulation and building materials. You will identify prospective customers, conduct daily sales calls, present proposals, generate new business leads and manage accounts to hit monthly targets.

You will deliver product knowledge, monitor market trends, and support customers from initial sale through project completion, with local travel and a safety-conscious work environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years sales experience in building products/construction.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license if operating a vehicle for company purposes.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective customers and generate and follow up on leads.
• Conduct daily sales calls, provide proposals, generate new business leads and manage accounts.
• Provide product knowledge and expertise to customers, recommending materials and services.
• Understand the market, monitor conditions, and analyze competitors’ products and prices.
• Meet monthly sales targets.
• Communicate safety programs to customers at sale inception by inspecting job sites.
• Manage customer experience from initial sale to project completion.
