This role emphasizes prospecting, account development, and strong communication; you’ll read blueprints, prepare estimates, open new accounts regularly, and work independently to drive growth with a commission-based pay

Qualifikationen

• Experience in selling building materials or related products.
• Ability to read blueprints and provide material take-offs.
• Comfort working independently and managing schedules.

Aufgaben

• Sell full line of building materials and installed services to local contractors, builders, and remodelers.
• Manage customer relationships and project ownership after sale.
• Visit job sites, maintain schedules, and communicate effectively across departments.
• Open new accounts on a monthly/quarterly basis.
• Collect and update information on customers’ product use and trends.
