Carter Lumber is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to build and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, and remodelers. You will sell our full line of building materials and installed services, manage the job after sale, visit job sites as needed, and keep customer data up to date.

Salary plus commission drives earnings with unlimited commission potential. Experience in sales and knowledge of home building basics are essential, along with strong communication and planning

Formación

• Experience in sales.
• Knowledge of home building basics.
• Create material estimates/quotes and special orders.
• Open new accounts on a monthly/quarterly basis.
• Learn to read blueprints and provide material take off lists.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite.
• Attend HBA/builder/company functions as required.

Responsabilidades

• Sell full line of building materials and installed services to local contractors and homeowners.
• Manage the sold job and relationships after closing.
• Visit job sites as needed and maintain schedules.
• Collect and update customer information on product use and trends.
